Distance Energy Healing Session

Experience the transformative benefits of Reiki from the comfort of your own home with a distance energy healing session with me, Jamie Lynn. As a skilled energy healer, I will help you release stress, balance your chakras, and promote spiritual growth and well-being. Connecting with you over Zoom, I will guide you through a session to help balance and heal your energy, bringing serenity and relaxation right to you. You're only job is to rest and relax! After your booking has been accepted, you'll receive an email that includes options for your distance reiki session. You may choose as many or as little as you'd like! These options include: Crystal grid Singing bowls Drumming ASMR (soft speaking/whisper, tapping, brushing, etc) A link to relaxing music We'll start our session with an initial consultation to create the perfect experience for you. Then, you'll be asked to lay down somewhere comfortable and quiet where you will not be disturbed (be sure to create that space for yourself before your scheduled session). I'll guide you in a short meditation and then we'll begin. The intention of this energy healing session is to provide and hold the space for you to be able to fully relax. That can include all, some, or none of the options listed above, but no matter what you choose, this space and this time are dedicated to you and your healing. Curious?
